Warranty Information - Medication Reminders

All ALRT Medication Reminder products are warranted to function properly for 12 months from the time of purchase. The warranty does not include the batteries.

In the unlikely event that your ALRT Medication or Pet Reminder malfunctions during the first 12 months of use, a replacement may be obtained by sending the Reminder, along with your Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code, and Dated Receipt with purchase price circled to the warranty center below:

The 2004 Pet Reminders that are battery replaceable are backed by a 12-Month warranty excluding batteries. (The 2001 Pet Reminders are not battery replaceable. This is a product that is discontinued and no longer manufactured; therefore, it is not covered under the 12 month warranty.)
