System Overview

The ALRT Health-e-Connect System is a patient monitoring system that allows health care providers to remotely track patient health conditions and patient health management activities. The system is composed of application software and hardware devices that:

• Allow health care providers to monitor the health status of patients in the time interval between patient visits to the doctor’s office.
• Allow health care providers to monitor patient compliance to prescribed health management activities.
• Allow primary health care providers to stay in touch with patients via SMS messages or via ALRT’s internal messaging system
• Allow primary health care providers to communicate and collaborate with other health care providers involved and the patient’s family members via SMS messages or via ALRT’s internal messaging system.
• Documents all patient interaction by the health care provider outside of clinic visits.
